A. Cancellation of your booking must be in writing or by email to Pandan Tour Company. When written notification has been received by Pandan Tour Company, a fee of will be levied to cover administration costs.
B. Deposits/Full payments (20% of total tour fee) are non-refundable as an administrative fee.
- 30 days or more prior to departure – loss of deposit (20% total tour fee)
- 15 to 29 days prior to departure – 30% of total tour fee or the fee for a person(s) who cancel to participate the tour
- 7 to 14 days prior to departure – 50% of total tour fee or the fee for a person(s) who cancel to participate the tour
- 1 to 6 days prior to departure – 75% of total tour fee or the fee for a person(s) who cancel to participate the tour
- Same day cancellation (after midnight of the tour day) – 100% of total tour fee or the fee for a person(s) who cancel to participate the tour
