No, the listed price is the total price you will have to pay, tax included.  Only small gratuity for the boat driver is not included, but this is totally up to you!

We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you are traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy.  You can let us know your name and booking/receipt number when our assistant meets up with you.

Casual active-wear(especially longer pants) is recommended.  Non-slip sandals or sneakers are also recommended since you will be getting on and off the boat.

You can bring extra snacks and drinks to enjoy on our boat although we will supply drinking water.  Picnic on the boat is a wonderful idea.  Hat, sunblock and bug spray are recommended for the people who have problems with sunburn and insect.

You must call or email us 48 hours ahead of your scheduled boat ride for a full refund. Within 48 hours you will be assessed a 50% termination fee.  There are no refunds for a cancellation within 24 hours of your boat ride or if you decide not to show up at the last minute.

Reservation(online or phone) is required for any boat ride.  It helps us to arrange the right sized boat and communicate with you for any emergency.  We won’t be at the meeting point unless you make an appointment.

Yes, we do operate our boat in the rain and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us.  We have rain ponchos on the boat.  If the condition is unsafe for any reasons, the trip may be postponed.  You will be notified by phone and/or email.
