Tour Guidelines & Limitations

* Not suitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users, as boarding and exiting small boats requires physical ability and boats may not have ramps or stable piers.

* Not suitable for very young infants or babies under 1 year, as safety and seating may not be appropriate. Unless you can cradle the child with a baby carrier can suffice.

* Not recommended for elderly travelers with reduced physical stability or serious health conditions, especially if they might struggle with uneven surface of piers or boat movement.

* Not suitable for travelers with back problems, joint issues, or other musculoskeletal conditions, due to boat boarding might impede their ability to get in and get off the boat.

* Not recommended for pregnant guests, (6months or above) due to potential movement in getting in and off the boat requires uneven surface or piers.

* Not suitable for guests who cannot be prepared for open-air conditions, including sun exposure, heat, or occasional boat engine sound or fumes.
